Explain the device model, how it is used, and any performance, charging, or reliability concern. Ask which checks and servicing tasks are proposed and what would require a separate repair quote. Planned servicing and fault repair should be distinguished in the scope. Mobitron can discuss preventive work, but the tasks and expected arrangements should be confirmed for the device rather than assumed from a service label.
