Show what still works
Describe cracks, lines, dark areas, flickering, and touch response separately. A photo of the visible fault can help, but avoid displaying messages or account details. The appropriate repair depends on the device’s construction and assessment.
Glass, display, and touch are different symptoms
A cracked outer surface, coloured lines, a black display, and missed touches are different observations. State which you can see, whether the device still rings or powers on, and whether the fault followed impact. Do not assume the cheapest glass-only option suits your model.
