How a repair request works

A practical guide from describing a fault to reviewing the quote and following progress.

Describe your device and fault

Choose the device, include the exact model, and explain when the problem happens. Add optional photos of visible damage without including private information.

Review before approving

A booking creates a request. It does not approve repair work. Review the proposed work, parts, cost, timing, and conditions in the quote before deciding.

Follow your request

Keep the tracking code or private status link issued for your request. Use Track to check progress and any available quote action. Ask Mobitron if a detail needs clarification.

Where approval fits in the process

First describe the device and fault so the request has enough context for assessment. Then review the proposed work, cost, and arrangements before approval. Keep the tracking reference and approved quote together as the job progresses. At handover, compare the completed work with that quote and ask about any applicable aftercare. A request starts the discussion; it does not automatically approve a replacement or additional work.

Tell us about your device.

Choose your device and describe the problem. Repair work starts only after you approve a quote.
